Software que permite recibir trasmitir y gestionar las peticiones, quejas y reclamos para las empresas vigiladas segun los tres momentos del aplicativo SMARTSUPERVISION de la SFC.
El software PQR SMART SUPERVISION es una herramienta digital que permite la administración y gestión de las PQR que se radican por parte de los usuarios en las entidades del sector Financiero vigiladas por la Superintendencia Financiera de Colombia y que cumple con la normatividad vigente, Circular Externa 023 de 2021.
A quién está dirigido
Esta herramienta está dirigida para las entidades del sector financiero de nuestro país vigiladas por la SFC.
Beneficios del PQR
Esta herramienta le permite cumplir con la gestión de las PQR para la entidades del sistema financero de Colombia y lo estipulado en la norma y se integra al aplicativo SMARSUPERVISION de la SFC.
Características Generales
El software PQR SMART SUPERVISION esta para ser implementado como SOFTWARE AS A SERVICE (SAS) o como instalación ON PREMISE, es decir instancias personalizadas. Este software esta desarrollado como en el framework Laravel y con base de datos MySql
